We'll book dining reservations and special experiences (e.g. a princess makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique). And we'll share details along the way to help you get excited.
We take your family through the parks for an unforgettable time. We'll hit the best attractions for your group, including classics and hidden gems, without standing in long lines. We'll also have plenty of time for parades and fireworks, shopping for souvenirs, and enjoying snacks along the way.

It's the ultimate way to experience the Disney World parks. All you have to do is show up and have a great time. We'll take care of the rest, from planning the day, navigating you through the park, and booking lightning lanes so you skip the lines at all the most popular attractions. You don't have to worry about anything, including how to minimize wait times, how to get from one attraction to another, where to stand for the parades and fireworks, and more. We'll even take photos for you.
Having two guides with the group gives us maximum flexibility and opportunities to deliver the most seamless experience. Sometimes we split up so part of the group can experience an alternative attraction rather than wait outside. Sometimes one of the guides can go ahead to check into a dining reservation, reserve a spot to view the parade, or grab a snack for the group. Clients routinely tell us this is one of their favorite features of the Park Whisperer VIP experience.
We (Brian and Tiffany) own the business and guide groups together. This way, you get our knowledge and experience directly rather than through a trainee or subcontractor. You can learn more about us on the About page.
You're on vacation, so we run on your schedule. We'll recommend a start time each day based on the priorities of the itinerary. But we start when you're ready.
You have us for the full day. Typically, we're together for about 8 hours, but with the daily rate, nobody's watching the clock. The schedule is flexible. Some families like to take a break for a few hours in the afternoon, and then resume in the evening. Some families like to have some time in the parks alone at the end of the evening. We can accommodate just about any schedule.
As long as your park tickets include the park hopper option, we can visit as many of the parks as you like, subject to Disney's park hopping rules.
We offer a VIP Experience at Universal for groups who book us for multiple days.
We're happy to answer your questions and discuss options. Once you decide to move forward, we'll send an agreement for signature and initial invoice for the deposit (50% of the tour cost).
We can't guarantee availability beyond the dates you book. If you're considering a multi-day tour with us, let's discuss, and we'll recommend a number of days based on your family and priorities.
Tips are greatly appreciated but not required. The final invoice will have space to include gratuity.
We accept Venmo and Zelle. If you need to pay another way, let's discuss.
We offer some flexibility, as we know things happen and plans change. If you need to postpone, we will hold your deposit to apply towards a future experience within 365 days of your originally scheduled dates (subject to availability). If you wish to cancel, if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, we will refund 50% of the deposit. We do not refund the deposit for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled experience.
We do not provide transportation. Most of our clients use ride share (Uber / Lyft / Minnie Van), and we believe it's the most seamless way to get to and from the resorts and theme parks. During the tour, we're happy to help coordinate transportation.
